“Cancer, Inflammation and Immunotherapy”
A 5-day course sponsored by the International Union of Immunological Societies (IUIS), the Federation of African Immunological Societies (FAIS), the French Society of Immunology (SFI) and the Moroccan Society of Immunology (SMI).
The course is open to 60 advanced PhD and MD students and post-doctoral scientists mostly from Africa.

The Moroccan Society of Immunology is organizing the second regional North African Immunology Course (See www.smi.ma for course ad). The course will provide an interactive forum with international faculty, focusing on fundamental and clinical immunological aspects of Cancer and Inflammation. The course will also include sessions on career development and a practical session on flow cytometry. All participants will have free access to teaching material via the web-based Immunopaedia platform (http://www.immunopaedia.org.za/teaching-learning-tools/) 6 weeks ahead of the course, and are expected to have familiarized themselves with a good knowledge of basic and clinical immunology.
The registration fee is 250 EUR, to cover the course fees, lodging and food. There will be some bursaries to cover registration for Moroccan students and registration and some travel costs for students from other African countries. Try to find funds from your institution if possible as our budget is limited.
